  •  RCIA – The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults is a process for prospective converts to Catholicism or for those adult Catholics who have not yet received the Sacrament of Confirmation. Classes takes place every Sunday at 09h00 in the Leslie Johnson Memorial Centre.

  • COVENANT MASS – The monthly Covenant Mass will be celebrated on Friday, 18th August at the Villa Maria Shrine at 19h30. All are most encouraged to attend.
  • POLISH COMMUNITY – On Sunday, 20th August at 12h00 the Polish Community will be celebrating Holy Mass with Father Noel Rucastle.
  • OUR LADY OF THE ASSUMPTION CELEBRATION – On Sunday, 20th August at 14h30 at Our Lady Help of Christians, Lansdowne. Join us with the Archbishop Stephen Brislin for a Liturgical Celebration (no Mass) to intercede for truth and transformation in our Country.

  • ECCLESIA FESTIVAL – Saturday, 02nd September from 09h30 to 12h30 at Christ the King, Pinelands. Catechist, Ecclesia Co-ordinators and Facilitators Teachers, Youth Leader, all welcome.(CPD)
  • CHRISTOPHER WEST International speaker on God, Love, Life and Sex will be presenting an evening Seminar on 11th September at the 18h00 Holy Mass at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Rondebosch.  Tickets are R60 per person, buy online.  org.za or 078 534 0386 for more information.
  • BEANIE & BLANKET CAMPAIGN Thank you to The Cathedral Catholic Care Group and all who has made this campaign a success once again. Especially to knitters who gave of their time to knit and the ones who kindly donated the wool etc. The distribution is completed, and this time the Youth Adult Group has joined in and went along to St Mary Home of Hope in Paarl “Breaking the cycle of abuse” for Women and children, who were most appreciative. Thank you once again and remember all is welcome.
